When you send an enquiry through the quote form we receive the details you enter: the service you are after, your name, phone number, email address, your vehicle, your suburb, when suits you, and any note you add.
Why We Collect It
We use those details to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, to arrange a booking at your home or workplace and to keep in touch about the work. We do not sell your details.
How It Is Stored
Enquiries are passed to the system we use to manage customer enquiries and are kept only as long as they are needed for those purposes. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.
Advertising Measurement
This website may use the Meta Pixel to understand which of our advertising leads to enquiries. It records page visits and whether an enquiry was sent, and Meta may use cookies to do this. It does not receive the contents of the quote form.
Your Rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. To do that, or with any question about this policy, call Hayden on 021 292 2677.
